MISSION

To Promote, Educate and Assist Local Farmers This emphasizes the method DOA approaches with implementations to expand its assistance to not only serve local farmers but the community as a whole to become aware, educated and trained for knowledge and production, most importantly to recollect and recall our own way of life. The DOA developed its first motto resonating with each and everyone of Samoan Ancestry within the American Samoa Territory.
