The Department of Agriculture remains steadfast in its commitment to realizing our Vision Statement for Food Security and Sustainability within American Samoa. Anchored by our Mission Statement, we are dedicated to promoting, educating, and assisting our local farmers through a strategic utilization of resources from both federal and local projects. With a focus on food security and sustainability, our department operates under the guiding principles of good governance. We endeavor to lead our organization with integrity, ensuring its prosperity while diligently serving and supporting our agricultural community to the best of our abilities. Together, we play an integral role in the ongoing development of our cherished island nation.
